Throughout her travels across five continents, Julita collected not just memories, but recipes—authentic dishes passed down from local families, learned in bustling street markets, and refined in professional kitchens from Mexico City to Beijing.
Speaking multiple languages, she immersed herself in each culture, understanding that food is more than sustenance—it’s a universal language of love, tradition, and connection.
Now settled in the beautiful coastal city of Malaga, Julita shares her culinary treasures with the community. Her restaurant brings together the best of Mexican, Tex-Mex, African, Chinese, Italian, Greek, and French cuisines under one roof—a true celebration of global gastronomy.
